It is with great sadness that I inform you of the passing of my long-time business partner and friend, Tim O’Brien. Tim passed away unexpectedly at home on Tuesday, April 23. Tim was a dear friend of mine and I have valued his leadership and knowledge since the day we first met in 1996. I am forever grateful our paths crossed, and will be forever grateful for having had the pleasure of being Tim’s partner these past 8 years.  Tim will be missed by everyone that knew him. Please keep Tim’s family in your thoughts and prayers as they go through this difficult time.

As we grieve the loss of Tim, our firm will continue to serve his clients to the best of our abilities. We know Tim had extensive knowledge of his clients’ business and personal situations, and we will make every effort to replicate Tim’s level of service. Unfortunately, we lost a wealth of knowledge and experience with Tim’s passing.

This firm will, however, carry on under the same name, at the same premises and with the same great employees as we did prior to Tim’s passing. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for the patronage you have extended to us in the past, and we sincerely hope to continue on with you in future.  Over the next few months, we would appreciate the opportunity to meet with you and talk more in person, to ensure we continue serving your accounting and tax needs to the best of our abilities.
